Collectors Sale Auction Rules

All vehicles are sold as-is where is with all faults.

No guarantees or warranties are issued.

Please be aware that all lanes are being video recorded for security purposes.

Wolfes auto auction is not responsible for any damages, or theft while on auction property.

All printed material are subject to change, information displayed on screen at time of sale take precedence.

Vehicles are not permitted to be test driven or started.

Vehicles or memorabilia must be removed day of sale, or arrangements must be made if unable to do so.

Rules and Policies for Sellers

$150 entry fee per unit is non- refundable.

Titles must be in sellers name and provided prior to sale.

If your vehicle sells on internet a $50 internet fee will be assessed in addition to 6% sellers premium.

All announcements are responsibility of seller to provide to the auction, and must have documentation if unit is sold actual miles.

Rules and Policies for Buyers

You must be registered and approved by auction prior to bidding.

All vehicles are as-is where is with all faults.

All information is provided by the seller no guarantees or warranties unless they provide it.

No returns for any reason.

All purchases must be paid for in full day of sale and may not leave premises until paid.

Purchases will be charged a 6% buyers premium, with internet purchases being assessed a $50 internet fee. Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3%.

Sales tax will be charged unless purchased in a dealers’ name (this does not apply to memorabilia).

Bids are binding contracts, if your bid is accepted you own it!

Cars may be sold with an “if”, meaning the reserve is not met. At this time buyer and seller may negotiate the price.
